Your visit will be a little different than in the past--all guests will follow a one-way path through the facility to see many of their favorite animals and wildlife habitats. The safety of our guests, staff, volunteers, and animals is our top priority—you can read more below about the steps we’re taking to keep you safe.
Attendance is capped each day and staggered by 30-minute increments to limit the total number of guests in the facility at one time and provide ample room for physical distancing.
All Audubon staff are required to wear masks and will have their temperatures checked before coming on grounds before their shift.
Free hand sanitizer stations are positioned throughout the facilities.
Staff are continuously cleaning high-touch surfaces like credit card machines, tables, chairs, and more.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By visiting an Audubon facility, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Per City regulations, all guests and staff are required to wear a mask while indoors at an Audubon facility. For the safety of your fellow guests and Audubon's staff and animals, all guests are strongly encouraged to wear masks while outdoors on Audubon property and required while 加速器ios永久免费 on Audubon property. Masks are available for purchase in open facilities’ gift shops. Exceptions include children under the age of 8, though it is strongly recommended that children ages 2 and older wear face coverings.
All open facilities will have visual reminders and staff members placed to ensure guests are maintaining a safe social distance along the pathway.
Guests will not have access to high-touch attractions/areas. All animal interaction areas, attractions, playgrounds, water fountains, and misters will be closed.
At the Zoo, all indoor animal exhibit buildings such as the Reptile Encounter and "Criaturas de la Noche” Nocturnal House will be closed. Cypress Knee Café and the indoor dining area of Zoofari Café will be closed; however, a limited menu of food and beverages will be available for purchase outside of Zoofari Café, and outdoor seating will be available. The Aquarium food court will offer a limited menu of food and beverages along with physically distanced seating.
If a guest feels sick before their reservation, we ask that they not visit and contact us at AIR@AudubonInstitute.org to help reschedule their visit.
A key part of our plan to safely reopen in compliance with State, City, and CDC guidelines is shifting to timed, advance ticketing. All guests must purchase their tickets in advance online for a specific date and entry time; Audubon Members must reserve their complimentary tickets online in advance as well. Entry times are offered every 30 minutes, with the last entry at 4:00 p.m. There is a limit to how many tickets we can sell for each entry time and time slots may sell out, so we encourage you to get your tickets at least 24 hours in advance.
